- Sofitel Imperial Hotel, 5 star beach resort, extension of 46 rooms, restaurant, conference centre, spa and general refurbishment (Rs.240M)
- Commercial Complex with Ice Skating Complex, Curepipe, Mauritius
- Grand Baie Master Plan, Multidiscipline Consultancy commission.
- Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa, 5 star beach resort (Rs.450M) including a marine jetty, and shoreline works, conference centre, lagoons and waterfalls.
